This policy explains what Legendary Dating collects through legendarydatingsd.com and our programs, and what we do with it. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Your application. Your name, age, phone, email, city, the program you're interested in, and what you write about your dating life.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We see your name, email, phone, billing details and payment status, but never your full card number.
- Coaching. What you share with us during calls, in the group chat and at in-person sessions.
- Website usage. Basic information such as pages visited, device and browser, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel when we run ads on Facebook and Instagram.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To deliver coaching, process payments and send receipts.
- To measure and improve our website and our ads.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements and to handle disputes.
Your choices
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
How long we keep it
We keep application and client records for as long as we need them to run our programs and to meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information we haven't asked for.
Under 18
Our programs are only for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
