Terms of Service

1. What we provide

Legendary Dating ("we," "us") provides dating, social-skills and personal-development coaching and education for men, online and in person in San Diego, California.

We do not arrange dates, sell introductions to anyone, or act as a matchmaking service. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice. If you're dealing with a mental-health issue, please work with a licensed professional.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 to buy any program. You must be at least 21 to attend The Weekend or any in-person night out, because those sessions take place in bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. We may decline any application.

3. Programs and payment

• Prices. Program details and prices are shown on our website and at checkout. You pay the price shown at checkout or on your invoice.
• Private Group Chat is billed monthly and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Paying over time. If you choose Klarna at checkout, Klarna's terms govern that financing, and we receive the full program price from Klarna.
• Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. Your program begins once payment has cleared.
• Not included. Travel, lodging, meals, drinks, cover charges, rideshares, clothing and other personal expenses are not included unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Private Group Chat

Cancel anytime through the billing link we send you, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund partial months.

The Weekend

After the 3-business-day window, the fee is non-refundable. If you give us at least 7 days' notice before your Weekend, you can move once to a future Weekend at no cost. If we cancel a Weekend, you choose either a full refund or a new date.

90-Day One-on-One and Prodigy Program

After the 3-business-day window, fees are non-refundable. If a documented emergency stops you from continuing, tell us and we'll work with you to pause your program.

If we can't deliver

If we're unable to deliver a program you've paid for, we'll refund the part we didn't deliver.

Problems with a charge

If something isn't right, email us first. Most issues can be fixed quickly. We keep records of your agreement to these terms and of the coaching we delivered, and we'll provide them to your card issuer if a charge is disputed.

5. Results

Every man starts in a different place, and results depend on your effort and on many things outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, including dates, relationships or a number of matches. Any example or testimonial describes one person's experience, not a promise of yours.

6. How you conduct yourself

Everything we teach is built on honesty, respect and consent. While you're in a program, you agree to:

• Treat everyone with respect, accept "no" the first time, and never pressure, harass, deceive or touch anyone without clear consent.
• Follow the law and venue rules, drink responsibly, and never drive impaired.
• Keep what other members share in the group chat and at events private.

We can remove anyone who breaks these rules from any program, without a refund.

7. In-person activities

In-person coaching takes place in public places, including bars and clubs. You take part voluntarily, you're responsible for your own decisions, health, safety and belongings, and you accept the ordinary risks of those settings. To the extent the law allows, you release Legendary Dating and its coaches from claims arising from those risks, except claims caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Privacy, filming and confidentiality

We keep your personal story private. We will never put you on camera, including on our show RATED, unless you first agree in writing. We'll only share a testimonial or result of yours with your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

9. Our materials

Coaching materials, call recordings and other content we provide are for your personal use. Don't copy, resell or publicly share them without our permission.

10. Texts and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we can call or text you about your application and your program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the program involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to resolve it directly.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
